Food Items

Food products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exceptions: Returns/refunds apply only if the item arrives expired or rotten upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately with proof (photos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Merchandise (Non-Food Items)

Returns are accepted for defective items only.

• You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return for defects. • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. • Defects include manufacturing flaws, damage during shipping, or items that do not match the product description.

Jerseys & Apparel

• Returns accepted for defective items only within 90 days. • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached. • Custom or personalized jerseys are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

    • Your order number and details

    • Photos of the product issue (if applicable)

    • Description of the defect or problem

Approval Process: Once we review your request, we will determine if the return qualifies under our policy.
