We offer two convenient options for receiving your order: • Store Pick-Up at our Woodside, NY location (Queens) • Nationwide Shipping via USPS (from New York to anywhere in the United States)

In-Store Pick-Up: • Orders are ready within 24 hours • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is available for collection • Free pick-up for all orders
Nationwide Shipping: • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days • Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination • Free shipping on store product orders over $200 (U.S. only)
Pick-Up Only Items: Certain products are available for pick-up only and cannot be shipped: • Perfumes • Vitamins • Frozen items. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
Delivery Minimum: • $60 minimum required for delivery orders
Shipping to Ecuador: • Transit time: ≤ 8 business days USA → Ecuador • Saturday Special: 2 packages (up to 8 lb total) for $50 • Casillero Virtual: Ship items to our Queens address for forwarding to Ecuador
Important: Packages that weigh 8 lbs or more OR have a declared value of $400 or more will incur customs taxes when shipped to Ecuador.
Shipping Restrictions: • Used phones: Not accepted (new phones with invoice only, max 1 per person) • Electronics: Maximum 2 devices per package • General limit: Maximum 4 products total per package • Prohibited items: Weapons, alcohol, perishable/cooked foods
Some food items carry a one-month expiration date • This information will be noted on the product page with a clear badge • Products with longer shelf life will be marked accordingly
Store Products (U.S. Shipping): • Free shipping on orders over $200 • Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $200
Ecuador Shipping: • Pricing based on package weight and declared value • Saturday Special available: 2 packages for $50
Food Items: No returns or refunds are accepted unless the product arrives expired or rotten
Merchandise (non-food): Returns are accepted for defects only within 90 days of purchase (where applicable).
