Q1: How long does it take to ship to Ecuador?
A: Typical delivery is 8 business days or less from the U.S. to any city in Ecuador.
Q2: What triggers customs taxes?
A: Customs taxes apply when a package is 8 lb or more or has a declared value of $400 or more
Q3: How much can I send in one box?
A: Maximum 4 items per package. Handbags and perfumes: max 4 per box. Electronics: max 2 units (e.g., Alexa devices).
Q4: Can I send a phone?
A: Yes — but only 1 new phone per person, and it must include the original store invoice. Used phones are not allowed.
Q5: Are frozen products available for delivery?
A: No. Frozen items are Pickup Only at our Queens store.
Q6: Is there a delivery minimum?
A: Yes. All delivery orders require a minimum of $60

Q1: Can I return food?
Food items are non-refundable unless they arrive expired or rotten.
Q2: What is your merchandise return policy?
A: Merchandise (e.g., jerseys, accessories) may be returned within 90 days for defects only.
Q3: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes. We offer $50 and $100 digital gift cards, valid for 1 year.
Q4: Do you sell authentic Ecuadorian products?
A: Yes. We stock official jerseys, sweets, chocolates, natural remedies, and accessories imported directly from Ecuador.

A: Less than 45 minutes. Includes shipping to any city in Ecuador (8–10 business days).
Q2: Can you do this virtually?
A: Yes. We offer in-person and virtual appointments.
Q3: Are you immigration lawyers?
A: No. We are not attorneys. We provide assistance with forms, translations, and paperwork organization.
